PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Omniflow, S.A., undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality and privacy in the collection and processing of the personal data of its Clients, Suppliers, Partners and Users, fulfilling its obligations under the General Data Protection – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, having for this purpose developed the present Privacy Policy.

Omniflow, S.A. processing of personal data includes data that were obtained throughout the relationship you established with us and following the various interactions with us, as Client, Supplier, Partner or User.

 

1. Entity responsible for collection, storage, use and processing of personal data

Omniflow, S.A., company with headquarters at Rua Delfim Ferreira, 776 C, 4100-199 Porto, with commercial registry and corporate number 509895948, is the responsible entity for collecting and processing the personal data of its Clients and Users.

 

Omniflow, S.A. decides the categories of each piece of data collected, its treatment and the purposes that will be given to it. It will be considered as "processing of personal data" all procedures performed in an automated and non-automated way that allow the collection, organization, storage, modification and transfer of personal data.

 

 

2. Purposes of personal Data Processing

Omniflow, S.A. treats Clients, Suppliers, Partners and Users personal data to meet legal requirements and for the following purposes:

  1. Signing of contracts between with us;

  2. Relationship management with our Clients, Suppliers and Partners, in the scope of our products supply and / or provision of services.

  3. Being able to contact our Clients, Suppliers, Partners and Users by email or post mail.

Omniflow, S.A. will keep the data provided while maintaining the relationship that motivated its treatment or during the years necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve responsibilities that may arise and as long as the recipient does not exercise their right to withdraw or oppose treatment.

  13. In the case of a request for rectification of personal data, the owner must indicate the modifications to be made and send documentation that supports therequest.
